Meet Adam

HISTORY

For the past 16 years, Adam has brought expertise and training to a variety of practice settings including:  Body Mechanics Physical Therapy, Meriter Health Services in Madison, Johnson & Johnson in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and in India.

 

EDUCATION

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and from Temple University in 2010 with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.

Since 2005, he has also been training with the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) and is an IPA-certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). Currently, Adam is the only Madison area provider with the CMFT certification and also the only local therapist certified in BikePT, a specialized training that helps providers specifically address bike fitting and proper form for cyclists.

TRAINING

Adam’s training includes a yearlong American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy accredited fellowship with the creators of Functional Manual Therapy. Following that fellowship, Adam went on to teach physical therapy and Functional Manual Therapy in New Delhi, India for a year.
